The hCG diet is made up of 4 stages. Stage 2 is the active hCG dosing of 3 or 6 weeks where you follow a VLCD (very low calorie diet) – with foods from a prescribed list (that will be provided to you upon commencement of your program) ┬áthat include protein, complex carb, fruit and vegetables and beverages.

Stage 3 is for 3 weeks post your active hCG (VLCD) diet and dosing and requires you to avoid/severely minimise intake of sugars and starches.

Over the coming weeks we will be adding a number of suggested Stage 2 & 3 Recipes to help you get some variety and maybe introduce you to somethings you have not tried before.
